Becoming A 3-Dimensional Person
For most of my adult life, I excelled in one area. but that one area was always changing. Sometimes I would be great in my relationships other times I would be doing well financially and sometimes I will be healthy as a horse. But I never got all three going at the same time.
After a while, I just figured that’s the way things were meant to be. I was wrong.
Now I am working diligently by giving all three areas of my life together.
The Mb2 Lifestyle
Recently I’ve been working on a mind-body business philosophy also known as Mb2. it is a daily set of goals to expand my mind my body and my business. It’s taking me a while to figure out exactly what I should be doing in each area I have finally found a combination that works for me.
Mind
Each area consists of two parts. The MIND section consists of meditation and journaling. Every morning I meditate for 20 minutes and then spend about ten minutes journaling.
My journaling usually consists of me writing about something that is bothering me. Getting it out on paper really helps me let go of that issue and clears my mind for the day to come.
Body
The BODY section is really simple. It’s all about nutrition and exercise. The…
