We all know how important morning routines are. Most successful professionals swear by them. But what about a whole Daily Work Routine? If a morning routine is good a daily routine must be better, right?

I wanted to set up a work routine but was unsure of where to start. So it did what most people do and I went straight to YouTube.

It was there that I came across a video titled: “Change Your Life In 6 Months (My Deep Work Routine).” But the video was 18 minutes long and I was not prepared to spend that much time learning how to change my life.

And then I remembered ChatGPT. I have used it before to summarize articles that I wanted to read. It turns out ChatGPT can do the same with YouTube videos, too.

Part of the summary talked about “deep work” and that intrigued me. Based on that, I asked ChatGPT to create a daily work routine for me. This was the exact prompt that I used:

With this knowledge, please create a step-by-step daily routine for me. I am an affiliate marketer who uses YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Medium, and Twitter. The products I promote are Mate Ignite (an all-natural erectile dysfunction supplement) and Legendary Marketer (a digital marketing training platform)

ChatGPT then spun out a 13-step daily work routine that I have been using since. And I must say, it has worked wonders. This is exactly what I got:

“Sure, here’s a possible step-by-step daily routine for you as an affiliate marketer promoting Mate Ignite and Legendary Marketer on various social media platforms:

  1. Wake up at 6:00 AM: It’s important to get enough rest, so aim for at least 7–8 hours of sleep each night.
  2. Drink a glass of water: Staying hydrated helps with focus and energy levels.
  3. Meditate for 10–15 minutes: This helps to clear your mind and reduce stress.
  4. Exercise for 30 minutes: This can be anything from a quick jog to yoga to weightlifting. It helps to boost your energy and get you ready for the day.
  5. Plan your day: Make a list of the tasks you need to accomplish for the day and prioritize them based on importance.
